At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-In: from 3 pm on
Check-Out: up until 12 midday
Where can we rent a car?
There are several car rental agencies in the area and our staff will be happy to assist you.
Do the rates include taxes?
Yes, they do
Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price of those staying on a daily basis. Otherwise breakfast is optional for a fee of €15 a day per person.
Is parking available?
There is a large parking lot / car park outside the residence which can accommodate up to 120 vehicles, for a fee of €20 per day.
How many floors are there in the residence and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our antique building has 5 floors with 2 entrances and an entrance with 4 floors. Our new building has 4 floors and a panoramic sun terrace on the 5th floor. Ellevators can be found at all of these entrances.
Are there TV's in the apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is satellite TV in all apartments broadcasting in differnebt languages.
Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the apartments?
Yes, all apartments have direct lines.
Is it possible to connect to internet with a laptop in the lobby?
You can connect only in your apartment.
Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
Self regulated air conditioning and heat is included in all apartments and throughout the residence (reception, hall, etc...)
Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have two computers available with fast internet at a cost of €1 for
10 minutes, €2 for 30 minutes, and €3 for an hour.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish, German.
Which is the nearest airport?
Peretola Airport is the nearest airport at approx. 4 km.
Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Shuttle services are available by reserving in advance
Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop can be found at 150 meters from the hotel on Via Lamarmura where the #7 and #1 buses run to and from the station.
Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Maria Novella station is located approx. 1 km from the Hotel.
Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not.
Are there tennis Courts?
No there are not.
Is there a swimming pool?
Our clients can use the swimming pool of our sister hotel Villa Gabriele D'Annunzio. Towel rentals are obbligatory for the fee of € 5,00 a person.
Are pets welcome?
No, sorry but they are not.
Does the residence accept credit cards?
Yes, the residence accepts all major credit cards.
Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there isn't but there are many restaurnat nearby which offer exquistie local and international dishes that can be reached either on foot or by local transport.
What is your cancellation policy?
A prior 2 day notice is required for cancellations on rooms reserved for less than one week. Prior 7 day notice for apartments reserved for one week or longer. A debit will be applied in the case of a no-show or neglect to cancel.
